Çeşme

Stretching westward from Izmir is the district of Çeşme, a peninsula rich in beauty and culture. Named after the source of water, Çeşme features many must-see locations and beaches such as the Erythari antique city, the Dalyan and Germiyan villages, the Çeşme Pasha harbor, and the Boyalık, Sakızlı, and Aya Yorgi bays.

Another beautiful part of the district is Alaçatı, especially famous for its narrow streets, cobblestone roads, and stone houses with Greek-style bay windows. Home to countless surprises, Alaçatı is also one of the most renowned surfing centers in Europe, beckoning to sea and surf lovers from across the world.
